📖 Who We Are

The CH999 Story

CH999 was built with a clear focus: to give Pakistani players a high-quality, transparent online gaming experience that feels genuinely local. From the very beginning, we recognised that most international platforms were not designed with Pakistani users in mind — currency conversion headaches, irrelevant sports markets and support teams that had no idea what PSL T20 meant. CH999 set out to fix that.

Our platform displays balances, bets and transaction history entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). That means no mental arithmetic when you place a wager on a Pakistan vs. India fixture or spin a slot between overs. What you see in the cashier is what you actually hold in your account — straightforward and honest.

Sports sit at the heart of what we do. Cricket is Pakistan's game — from club-level passions in Rawalpindi and Faisalabad to the electric atmosphere of PSL nights in Lahore and Karachi. CH999 offers a wide range of cricket markets: match winner, toss winner, top batter, top bowler, team totals, player performance milestones and live in-play options that update ball by ball. We also cover ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other major international events.

Beyond sports, the platform includes a full live casino with HD-streamed table games, an extensive slots library from multiple premium studios and instant games like crash and mines for players who prefer faster-paced action. Everything is accessible from a smartphone — because we know most players in Pakistan are on mobile, often on 4G connections, and performance matters.

Transparency and responsible play are not afterthoughts at CH999 — they are core to how we operate. We do not fabricate licence numbers, post fake regulator logos or make unsupported claims about being "100% safe." We state clearly that CH999 does not hold a Pakistani government licence, that we make no claim that online gambling is legal under Pakistani law, and that users are solely responsible for checking local regulations before participating. This is our commitment to honest communication with every player on the platform.

🎯 Our Mission

What Drives Us Every Day

Our mission is simple: deliver a premium, locally relevant gaming experience to Pakistani players — with full respect for player safety, data privacy and informed decision-making. We want every person who visits CH999 to understand exactly what they are signing up for, have access to the tools they need to stay in control, and enjoy the platform within their own boundaries.

ℹ️ Platform Transparency Notice: CH999 does not hold a Pakistani government licence. No claim is made that online gambling is licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial or regulatory authority. Users must satisfy themselves that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction before using this platform.
🛡️ Responsible Gambling: CH999 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion tools in every account. Gambling is entertainment — never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose. 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction.
💎 Our Values

The Principles That Guide CH999

Everything we build, every decision we make, comes back to these core values. They shape how CH999 operates for players across Pakistan.

🔍

Transparency First

We say what we are and what we are not. No fake licence badges, no inflated promises, no hidden fees buried in small print. CH999 communicates honestly — from our platform status to bonus terms and withdrawal conditions. Players deserve the full picture before they commit a single rupee.

🛡️

Player Safety

Responsible gambling tools are built into the core of every CH999 account — not tucked away in a rarely visited settings page. Deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion are front and centre because we believe informed, in-control players make better decisions and have a better experience.

🇵🇰

Built for Pakistan

PKR balances, cricket markets covering PSL T20, ICC events and domestic fixtures, familiar payment references and English content written for a Pakistani audience — CH999 is localised in a way that actually matters to players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

📱

Mobile-First Design

Pakistan is a mobile-first market. CH999 is engineered to perform smoothly on Android and iOS devices across 4G and broadband connections. Every page, every market, every cashier screen is tested for responsiveness so the experience on a mid-range smartphone in Peshawar is as good as anywhere else.

🔒

Data Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for what the platform genuinely needs — account operation, transaction processing and compliance. It is never sold to third parties. All connections are encrypted over HTTPS/SSL and account access is protected by password and session management controls.

🤝

Honest Support

Our 24/7 live chat team is available in English and Urdu. When something goes wrong — a delayed withdrawal, a bonus query, a technical glitch — we give honest answers, not scripted deflections. Support available in English and Urdu means players across Pakistan can get help in the language they are most comfortable with.

⚡ Platform Features

What CH999 Offers Pakistani Players

From ball-by-ball cricket markets to live dealer tables and instant games — here is a look at what makes CH999 a comprehensive gaming destination for players across Pakistan.

🏏

Cricket & PSL Betting

CH999 covers Pakistan Super League T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic cricket with deep markets per match — including match winner, top batter, top bowler, team total runs, fall of next wicket, over-by-over runs and live in-play options. For players in Lahore or Karachi watching a PSL fixture, CH999 keeps up with every delivery.

🎥

Live Casino — HD Streaming

Real dealers, real cards, real roulette wheels — streamed in high definition to your device. CH999's live casino section includes baccarat, blackjack, roulette and game show titles from premium streaming studios. Even on a standard 4G connection in Rawalpindi or Multan, the stream is optimised to stay sharp and responsive.

🎰

Premium Slots Library

Hundreds of slot titles from multiple game studios are available on CH999 — from classic three-reel formats to multi-payline video slots with bonus rounds, free spins and progressive jackpots. New titles are added regularly, and filters make it easy to find games by theme, provider or feature type.

⚡

Instant Games — Crash & Mines

For players who prefer a faster pace, CH999 offers instant games including crash, mines and similar titles. These are short-session, high-engagement formats with straightforward mechanics — place a bet, watch the multiplier, decide when to cash out. Simple to learn and available around the clock.

⚽

Football, UFC & More

Cricket is the priority, but CH999's sportsbook also covers major football leagues, international fixtures and UFC events. Pakistani football fans following local or international teams can find markets alongside the full cricket schedule. UFC fight nights and other combat sports events are covered with pre-match and live odds.

💰

PKR Cashier & Local Payment Context

All balances, deposits, withdrawals and bet amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees — no conversion confusion. The cashier references familiar Pakistani payment methods as context. Always verify currently active payment options in the live cashier, as availability is determined by the operator and payment providers and may change. Payment providers do not endorse gambling.

🛡️ Responsible Gambling

Our Commitment to Responsible Play

Gambling is a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income, solve financial problems or chase losses. CH999 takes this seriously. Every account comes equipped with responsible gambling tools that players can activate at any time, without requiring support team intervention for reductions.

We also recognise that Pakistan has specific legal context around gambling under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. CH999 does not advise on local legal matters — we simply make our position clear: no Pakistani government approval is claimed, and users must satisfy themselves about local law before participating.

💰
Deposit & Loss Limits

Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps and loss limits directly in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period to protect against impulsive decisions during a losing session.

⏱️
Session Time Reminders

Configure session timers that alert you after a defined period of play. Taking regular breaks helps maintain perspective on time spent and money wagered — a small habit that makes a meaningful difference over time.

🚫
Self-Exclusion

If gambling is becoming a concern, use the self-exclusion tool to block access to your CH999 account for a defined period — or permanently if needed. Contact the support team via live chat to activate this at any time, 24/7.

🔞
18+ Age Verification

CH999 enforces strict age verification as part of the KYC process. Minimum age is 18 years, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited, and accounts found to be held by minors will be closed immediately.

🆘
Seek Help When Needed

If gambling is affecting your finances, personal relationships or mental wellbeing, please reach out to a qualified counselling service or helpline in your area. Responsible gambling support resources are available internationally. You do not have to manage this alone.

🏔️ Our Pillars

Three Pillars Behind Everything CH999 Does

🎯
Pillar 1

Localisation That Matters

Localisation is more than translating a currency symbol. It means understanding that a player in Islamabad wants PSL markets front and centre on match day, that familiar payment method names matter, and that English content written for a Pakistani audience reads differently from content written for a European one. CH999 was built with this understanding from day one.

🔐
Pillar 2

Security & Honesty

HTTPS encryption on every page, honest disclosure of our platform status, no fabricated licence claims and a Privacy Policy that clearly explains what data we collect and why. Security and honesty are not marketing language at CH999 — they are operational standards that every part of the platform is held to consistently.

🚀
Pillar 3

Continuous Improvement

CH999 is not a static product. New game titles, expanded sports markets, improved cashier flows and refined responsible gambling tools are part of an ongoing development process. Player feedback — through live chat, support queries and usage patterns — directly shapes what we prioritise next. The platform you use today is better than the one launched yesterday.
